CLASS POLICY [Disregard Booking Policy Below] Deposits are non refundable! Once your deposit is paid you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. The full payment must be completed no less than 7 days prior to your session. If your invoice has reached its expiration date there is a $25 reprocessing fee. Punctuality is key! There will be a 15 minute grace period for arrival. Once this grace period has expired your session will be canceled and payment forfeited. In addition, sessions time will not be extended to accommodate any tardiness. Please make sure your device is fully charged and connected to a strong internet service. Session time will not be extended to accommodate glitches, frozen screens or disconnections.
