1. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

2. IN EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

3. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED ONE TIME TO RESCHEDULE WITH THE SAME DEPOSIT, AFTER THAT DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID AGAIN.

4. NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK AGAIN.

2. NO TENDER HEADS.
3. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY CONFIRMATIONS

4. FINAL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, ZELLE OR PAYPAL.

5. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE WITH NO LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE

SHAMPOO SERVICES
Shampoo services are available in the ADD ONS category. Hair must be thoroughly detangled
and completely free of all braids or twists prior to arriving. If your Cutie is not yet comfortable getting their hair shampooed or blow dried or cannot manage to stay seated with their head back or awake for the completion of the service, we recommend this service be completed prior to arrival. This service is nonrefundable.

If you choose to shampoo at home, please be sure the hair is detangled and blow died as straight as possible prior to arriving. If your fingers cannot go through it my comb cannot go through it. This will cause a delay in service, as I will have to blow dry it before starting.[$20 fee] As we know shrinkage can be real. Please do not leave the hair in an afro. Use your best judgement on sectioning and containing the hair to preserve as much retention as possible.

APPOINTMENT DAY​
Please do not arrive at the salon door more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. (This does not mean come late). If you choose to arrive 15 or even 20 minutes early to avoid traffic please plan to wait patiently in your vehicle until 5 minutes of your appointment time.
• There is a 10 minute grace period. If the client is not physically inside the salon within the 10 minute grace period, a new appointment must be made with a new deposit.
• Drop offs are not permitted. You are welcomed to sit with your little one or wait in your vehicle but you are not allowed to leave the premises at any time during the duration of your child's service.
•Minors are allowed one guardian over the age of 18 during the service with their own vehicle. Absolutely no other people/children allowed. $20 fee per additional person will be applied
• If someone other than the person who booked is bringing the client to their appointment they MUST be informed of ALL the emailed information ESPECIALLY the ARRIVAL INSTUCTIONS prior to arriving.
•Please make sure your child is well rested before they arrive & prepared with device chargers
•Please do not bring devices that require WiFi unless you plan to use your hotspot
• No food or drinks allowed for styles less an 4 hours. Please eat prior to your arrival or on the way. Services longer than 4 hours are allowed water and crumbless/ stainless snacks. ( No gum, chips, sauces or full meals)
•If your appointment time runs over its original time because of clients behavior a $20 Over Time Fee will be applied for every 30mins over [This is a fee, not a service option]
•Clients with children above the age of 3 will not be able to stand/sit by the styling chair for minor needs such as holding hands, rubbing feet, hugs & kisses as it slows down the process. $10 Cross The Line/ Zone Fee will be applied
• Deposits are non refundable! I do not accept the excuse of: "She's just a child." or " She's only ___ years old. Of course she's going to ___." or "How do you expect a ___ year old to ___?" Feel free to book when they are older.
• If your child is having a hard time or refuses to sit back and/or hold their head down I will stop! The additional bending and reaching takes a toll on my body and my energy. This isn't fair to the other clients who need me at my best to provide quality work.
•If November Love has to request the guardian to physically assist the client such as hold their head, repeatedly stop them from sliding themselves out of the chair, taking off the cape or mask etc I do have the right to terminate the completion of the service (deposit non refundable) and/or cancel/refuse any further appointments (deposits fully refunded)

PRIVACY POLICY
Client consents to their picture being taken and used for portfolio and promotional purposes. Client is allowed to cover their face , have their face blurred or digitally covered.
